Account Management
Our aim at Direct-tec is to give our customers the very
best service possible at all times. To help us achieve this,
each customer has a dedicated Account Manager, who is a
readily available point of contact.
Our Account Managers have vast in-depth product
knowledge and can provide both technical and practical
advice as required.
Clients will be allocated to one of our office based
customer care team who can assist in every aspect of
our business.
On-site customer training is provided to ensure that
our customers are getting the very best results out
of the solutions we provide.
Nationwide Installations
The manufacturers work closely with our sales order
processing team to build the correct lead times into
every order and software solution to make sure that
all deliveries and installation's take place on time.
There may be instances following an installation where
equipment requires fine tuning or your circumstances
change. The national distribution service provided by
the manufacturer’s means that this does not present a
problem as any modifications can be achieved
inexpensively and with minimal disruption.
Direct-tec UK is able to facilitate the movement of all
or any equipment should your company re-locate
anywhere within the UK.
